清洗原理鋁板帶在冷軋制過程中，因軋輥與鋁板外表沖突和碾壓，其外表會發(fā)生細微的氧化鋁粉掉落和吸附，軋制油及其順便懸浮成分會殘留在鋁板外表，對鋁板帶復合、涂裝等成品加工形成不利影響。而目_拉彎矯直時由于帶材在輥上發(fā)生劇烈曲折變形，對帶材施加的張力一部分轉化為帶材對張力輥的壓力，并終究構成沖突力，帶動輥組。因而，如果帶材外表未經(jīng)清洗，變形時氧化鋁粉掉落，隨著油污一同x附在張力輥的輥面，使輥面發(fā)生磨損，并形成鋁板略傷，故有必要通過專門的清洗裝置進行清洗。
