氧化鋁板就是將鋁板經過相應處理使其表面形成一層氧化膜,我們稱為氧化鋁板,根據工藝不同氧化鋁板還分為陽極氧化鋁板和化學氧化鋁板。

化學氧化鋁板就是鋁板在弱堿性或弱酸性溶液中,部分基體金屬發生反應,使其表面的自然氧化膜增厚或產生其他一些鈍化膜的處理過程,常用的化學氧化膜有鉻酸膜和磷酸膜,它們既薄吸附性又好,可進行著色和封孔處理。
Chemical alumina plate is a process in which some matrix metals react in weak alkaline or acidic solution to thicken the natural oxide film on its surface or produce other passive films. The commonly used chemical oxide films are chromic acid film and phosphoric acid film, which are thin and adsorbable, and can be colored and sealed.
陽極氧化和化學氧化因為工藝不同,所產生的氧化膜性能也不一樣,化學氧化膜與鋁陽極氧化膜相比,化學氧化膜要薄得多,抗蝕性和硬度比較低,而且不易著色,著色后的耐光性差,所以鋁板著色與配色僅介紹陽極化處理。
Anodic oxidation and chemical oxidation have different properties because of different processes.
