氧化膜對于鋁板的質量有很大的影響。氧化膜就是指鋁板在生產的過程中的厚度、孔隙率、透明度等。鋁板中膜層的厚度保持在10um以上就可以了,孔隙率以及透明度,這樣就可以得到比較好的染色質量。

染色的溫度

鋁板在染色的過程中分為冷染與熱染。使用冷染,所耗費的時間比較長,在染色的過程中期色彩的均勻性比較好掌握。熱染使用時間比較短,但是在染色的過程中對于顏色的操控比較難。熱染的溫度通常在10-60℃。如果在染色的過程中,溫度過高,會減小染色的吸附性,并且容易導致鋁板表面發花。

通常所生產的鋁板材料所染比較淡的顏色其色彩為0.1-0.39g/L,染淡色彩為1g/L,染深色彩為3-5g/L,染稠密的色彩為10-15g/L,如果要求的染色濃度比較高就會造成顏色不均或者會出現浮色的現象,在清潔與關閉的過程匯總容易產生流色。
