隨著鋁板冶煉生產(chǎn)技術的成熟,這一性價比極高的金屬材料便迅速進入人們生產(chǎn)生活的方方面面,成為傳統(tǒng)金屬的替代品;而在某些傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),鋁板的市場前景尤為廣泛。鋁板表面劃傷是鋁板加工過程中比較容易發(fā)生的事,往往是因為加工處理不當,導致表面受創(chuàng),嚴重影響到了鋁板的美觀性,不過劃痕已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了,下面介紹一下鋁板表面出現(xiàn)瑕疵的處理方法。

鋁板外表劃傷能處理,簡略的說有物理和化學兩種辦法:物理辦法便是機械打磨,詳細有噴砂,拉絲等,一般對于較深的劃痕選用這種辦法。化學辦法一般選用化學試劑來拋光,簡略的講便是選用化學試劑將鋁材外表腐蝕掉一層,劃痕處由于有銳邊,腐蝕速度快,較輕的劃痕在化學拋光后能完全消除,化學拋光的材料外表光亮,好看。一般兩種方法配合起來用,鋁材外表能到達很好的裝飾效果。

1、鋁板模具上的工作帶需要打磨光滑,擠壓模具的空刀是否足夠,表面是否光滑。

2、在鋁板鋸切過程中:每次鋸切需要及時清理鋸切的切削鋸末,防止二次劃傷;同理在CNC加工鋁板的過程中,也需要防止夾治具上面殘留的鋁渣劃傷。
