我們要將做預(yù)處理,先使用方法對表面進(jìn)行清洗,其清洗的方法有物理方法和化學(xué)方法,主要的就是使鋁卷露出基體。這樣是有利于氧化的完整的進(jìn)行的,形成的氧化膜也會是致密的.預(yù)處理還可以使用一些機(jī)械設(shè)備處理。在通過陽極氧化,經(jīng)過與處理之后的鋁卷板,使基體發(fā)生陽極氧化反應(yīng),然后就是會生成致密的氧化薄膜,讓它可以保護(hù)鋁卷材料。
