1、非金屬壓痕

定義:非金屬碎屑壓在板和帶的表面上。表面呈長條狀明顯點狀或黃黑色缺陷。主要原因是軋制工藝設(shè)備條件臟、軋制工藝潤滑劑臟、工藝潤滑劑注射壓力不足、板坯表面有劃痕。

定義:由于邊緣與表面或表面與表面接觸之間的相對滑動或錯位而形成的劃痕

主要原因:在加工和生產(chǎn)過程中,板帶與導(dǎo)軌和設(shè)備接觸時,會產(chǎn)生相對摩擦和劃痕。冷軋卷板端面未對齊,豎爐退火和翻轉(zhuǎn)造成錯位和層間干擾。間歇性劃痕,冷軋時張力不當,退火時層間錯位,都會造成劃痕。不適當?shù)恼砼鷾驶驍備伈僮鲿?dǎo)致板間滑動和劃痕。

定義:鋁卷或鋁卷與另一物體碰撞后,板或帶的表面或端面被劃傷,大部分金屬從凹槽邊緣突出。

定義:彎曲板材后產(chǎn)生的變形折疊。主要原因:多輥矯直機送料不正,薄板受到翻轉(zhuǎn)折疊。堆疊紙張時受力不平衡。
Definition: deformation folding after bending sheet. Main reasons: the feeding of the multi roll straightener is not correct, and the sheet is overturned and folded. The force is unbalanced when stacking paper.
6、塌卷
6. Collapse roll
定義:卷芯嚴重變形,卷形不圓。主要原因:張力不足,外壓,鐵芯強度低,壓接過程中無鐵芯線圈退火產(chǎn)生。

7 Tiering
定義:由于層與端面層之間的不規(guī)則運動而導(dǎo)致帶鋼端面不平整。主要原因有鋼坯不均勻、軋機放卷和卷取張力控制不當、壓下量和套筒移動不均勻、校平輥調(diào)整不當、卷取過程中對中系統(tǒng)異常、輥系平整度差等。
Definition: The end surface of strip steel is uneven due to the irregular movement between layers and end layers. The main reasons are uneven billet, improper tension control of rolling mill unwinding and coiling, uneven reduction and sleeve movement, improper adjustment of leveling roll, abnormal centering system during coiling, poor flatness of roll system, etc.
